VLL Partners began in 1983 when Hector Vieira opened the firm’s northern Sydney office. Just three years later, he was joined by Jan Lech, who became a partner in 1989. Together, Hector and Jan established a practice built on trust, integrity, and delivering exceptional service to their clients.
