Jan is a member of The Institute Of Chartered Accountants, The Australian Institute of Taxation, is a registered Tax Agent, also a Justice of the Peace.
Jan commenced his professional career in 1978 with Touche Ross & Co. a top tier Chartered Accountant firm (an antecedent of KPMG). He participated in the Audit Services Department for over a the next few years.
Following Jan's departure from Touche Ross & Co., he remained in the Chartered Accounting profession, working with various medium-sized firms. His work involved providing accounting, taxation and audit services to medium-sized businesses.
In 1989, Jan went into partnership with the accounting practice currently known as VLL Partners (formally VLC Partners). Since this time, Jan has continued to help businesses in seeking key targets of enhanced profitability, asset protection and taxation planning.
Jan is dedicated to the firm's philosophy of personalised quality service, with emphasis on planning for the future.
